Tecon SES, the UAE based specialized engineering house which is part of the Al Batha Group, announced Matthias Kasprowicz as new CEO effective from 1st May 2021.
“To find a transformational leader with a deep understanding of the local and regional markets is not easy, with Matthias we are confident we have achieved exactly that” said Jan Felton Group Managing Director of Albatha Holding LLC. “His expertise in building technologies and service will be crucial for the improvement of current, and the development of new opportunities for TECON.”
Matthias looks back at a wealth of experience of more than 17 years multi- national engineering companies in Germany, the GCC and East Africa, including Mercedes Benz and Siemens. Before joining TECON SES, Matthias was Managing Director of TROX Middle East & East Africa for more than 7 years, where he was instrumental in establishing TROX as the leading technology company in the HVAC industry. During his time at TROX, the company won many major projects in the region and was awarded awards as best manufacturer and service provider in Middle East.

Matthias holds MSc degree in General Computer Science from Furwangen University – Germany and a postgraduate degree from University of Oxford in Global Business. In addition to that, he is member of the Advisory Board of University of Sharjah for the Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering department.
