Following his impactful tenure as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Matthias Kasprowicz has been appointed to establish and lead the Al Batha Holding representative office in Abu Dhabi as its inaugural Chief Executive Officer. This appointment reflects the Group’s commitment to deepening its presence in the capital and expanding its strategic reach across the UAE.
During his time at Tecon SES, Mr. Kasprowicz brought a clear vision and transformational leadership that helped reshape the company’s direction. His deep industry knowledge, combined with a focus on innovation and operational excellence, positioned Tecon as a forward-thinking and trusted engineering partner. With this transition, the remaining core business of Tecon SES will continue under the leadership of Mr. Demetrios Papakonstantinou, who will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer in addition to his current responsibilities with GECO Mechanical & Electrical Ltd. Mr. Papakonstantinou brings a wealth of experience and a strong operational track record, making him well-positioned to drive Tecon SES forward in the fields of Life Safety Systems (LSS) and essential engineering services.
