Sivakumar Subramanian has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Tecon SES effective 1st of October 2019, succeeding Naveed Ansari, who will be taking up a new opportunity as Advisor, Albatha Engineering Group.
Prior to this leadership role in Tecon, Sivakumar has held significant Management positions in organizations that are highly relevant to Tecon’s business, including an impressive international career spanning two decades in multiple businesses & sectors with Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), followed by six very successful years at UAE based BMTS as Group General Manager.

Sivakumar is a people-person, who is enthusiastic to learn more about Tecon’s team & culture, and has expressed deep regard for the Company’s accomplishments. He has spent the first few weeks at Tecon’s Head Office in Dubai, where he directly connected with the leadership & teams, interpreting the Company’s culture – and conducted an all-hands meeting to introduce himself, as well as his vision and goals for Tecon’s future. In the coming weeks, he will be making a concerted effort to visit and connect with the rest of Tecon’s internal & external stakeholders, including our suppliers and customers.
