To supervise and manage the team’s operational maintenance activities on site, including project management, client satisfaction, management of team members, project execution and provision of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the maintenance schedule (and ensure implementation) for the assigned projects with the help of designated team
  • Keep track of assigned projects for its due services and renewal
  • Act as a one-point contact for all customers’ enquires and address their service needs or emergencies
  • Formulate strategy for maintaining various projects as per site conditions and requirements
  • Provide support for one-time customer or non-AMC jobs
  • Correspond to client against each site visit & PPM
  • Provide support for finalization of new maintenance jobs
  • Allocate projects to site staff and follow-up with them on regular basis
  • Arrange or be present at Civil Defence site inspections
  • Control Stock Aging & Payments Aging (and Payment Follow Up) as per the company’s credit control policy and assigned targets
  • Carry out invoice certification before handing it over to the concerned client

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • A degree in an Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline (Mechanical if required)
  • 5-6 years’ experience in similar field and in depth knowledge of all relevant electrical / mechanical products
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment to safety, with strong supervisory and people skills
  • Must possess good communication skills - written and oral, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to effectively interface with others
  • Awareness of risk assessment

Responsible for driving technical sales as per assigned targets, identifying new customers and maximizing existing customer portfolio to its highest potential in the designated region & product line.

Key Performance Area 1: Business Performance

  • Achieve monthly sales target based on the yearly target assigned by the Management.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrate the useful and benefit of products.
  • Evaluate various business opportunities and potential new customers to increase sales volume.
  • Assist consultants in the design of projects.
  • Implement special sales activities to reduce old stock.

  • Submit orders by conferring with sales support staff
  • Review samples before presenting the same to clients/consultants
  • Review sales orders based on LPO
  • Generate and review performa invoice if required.
  • Prepare “project report” for monthly sales meeting.
  • Establish new, and maintain existing relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, architects etc.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 4-5 years of technical sales experience in related field
  • Understanding of the sales process / sales techniques and thorough knowledge about relevant products
  • Knowledge of key customers within the sales territory
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

In coordination with the Team Lead, complete assigned projects with respect to commissioning, programming and troubleshooting as per contractual obligations and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned projects with respect to testing, programming and commissioning of fire alarm systems.
  • Supervise the activities and performance of system installation / commissioning carried out by technicians
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications and software / systems and ensure design & drawings are as per civil defence requirements
  • Inspect and ensure that the material delivered on site is as per the approved drawing
  • Lead the group and plan weekly schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Represent the company during Civil Defence Inspections.

Manage and maintain the service & calibration of survey equipment using a meticulous approach to ensure smooth-running business operations of the service department

Key Performance Area 1: Business Performance

  • Perform troubleshooting, calibration and repairs in accordance with established ISO standards, policies and procedures to complete the assigned annual targets of service.
  • Complete the daily tasks accurately and timely as required by shipping date committed to customer
  • Be responsible for instrument set up onto work stations for performance testing and for take down of calibrated instruments in preparation for final shipment
  • Ensure upgrading of software and firmware version of all GPS (Global Positioning System) and Total Station used for surveying
  • Actively participate in quality root cause analysis for issues and provide technical knowledge of failures during applications, where applicable
  • Determine spare parts to be re-ordered and generate ‘order request’.
  • Regularly use hand tools, calibrated tools, analytical instrumentation, computers, and process flow programs for calibration functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor / lead
  • Observe all environmental, health, and safety rules, including housekeeping practices

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • A degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline
  • 4 - 5 years’ of experience in a similar industry and a service oriented / technical environment.
  • Ability to engage with customers in a pressured environment.
  • Ability to supervise and delegate

Responsible for creating drawings as per Engineers’ instructions and preparation of design documents, BOQs, technical submittals and general sales support documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft overall system layouts using AutoCAD
  • Follow AC / DC schematics and check wiring diagrams based on that
  • Communicate with engineers on electrical design & follow established standards
  • Work closely with engineering team to ensure accurate, efficient and timely execution of required work
  • Assemble operation and maintenance manuals and systems documentation for system owners
  • Prepare submittal packages as and when required
  • Perform BOQs, performa invoice, other related document and drawing tasks as assigned
  • Ensure the job folder is organized and maintained including all pertinent job related information
  • Attend project coordination meetings as directed to discuss current progress and design needs
  • Perform technical administrative support tasks as needed
  • Maintain consistent drafting standards in all the drawings prepared
  • Maintain files and perform routine filing

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • Associate degree in drafting design or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in electrical drafting
  • Computer skills: Latest version of AutoCAD. Working knowledge of other softwares such as Revit, Sketch-up and Photoshop shall be preferred.
  • A solid technical background and an understanding of engineering drawings and principles
  • Ability to multi-task between several projects concurrently in a timely and professional manner
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with limited supervision in a professional mann

To efficiently perform maintenance activities of various safety / security / mechanical systems on designated project sites - as assigned by the Team Incharge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the operations team in the maintenance / repair of assigned electrical (safety / security) or mechanical systems
  • Complete tasks as per the assigned PPM schedule & update supervisor accordingly
  • Conduct survey for all new AMCs & provide survey report
  • Follow clear instructions for execution of one - time maintenance / Fit out work as assigned
  • Complete necessary documentation pertaining to all work undertaken - i.e. daily maintenance and inspection reports – maintaining database and manual filing system.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or Mechanical if required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar field with ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
  • Knowledge of local fire and safety regulations and NFPA / NEC codes
  • Ability to use hand and power tools, meter, phone line handset and toner
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written reference material
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to work amicably with customer’s site personnel
  • Ability to work under extensive site conditions

  • Basic communication skills (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
  • Ability to work / speak amicably with customer’s site personnel
  • Ability to work under extensive site conditions
  • Valid UAE driving license
